  3. conducting market research, understanding and determining customer location, preferences and demographics for us to review, develop and improve our products, services and also develop special offers and marketing programmes.

We shall protect all Personal Data in our possession or control by making all reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

Prevailing Language

This Privacy Policy was drafted in English and Chinese. In the case of any discrepancies between the languages, the Privacy Policy as drafted in the English language shall prevail.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore.
